Terms of Sale
These terms govern all sales between Carry Box and its customers. This is an English translation; in case of discrepancy the French version prevails. French version
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale apply to all sales concluded by Carry Box with non-professional buyers on carry-box.com. They set out the conditions of order, payment, delivery and return.
2. Products
Products offered are those shown on the site, while stocks last. Photos and descriptions are for illustration. Carry Box may change its product range at any time.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros (€), including all taxes, excluding shipping. The price shown on the day of the order is the one that applies.
4. Orders
Orders are placed on the site. Confirming an order implies acceptance of these terms. A confirmation e-mail is sent once payment is validated.
5. Payment
Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other method offered at checkout, secured by Shopify Payments. The order is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given at checkout. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination. Carry Box cannot be held responsible for carrier delays. In case of significant delay, contact contact@carry-box.com.
7. Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is new, unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Return and exchange costs (shipping, possible customs duties) are borne by the customer, except for defective products or an error on our part. The customer is responsible for the parcel until it reaches us; tracked and insured shipping is recommended.
Contact contact@carry-box.com before sending anything back. Accepted refunds are made within 14 days of receiving and checking the product.
8. Guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, art. L.217-4 et seq.) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, art. 1641 et seq.).
9. Liability
Carry Box products are insulated accessories for carrying medicines. They never replace medical advice. Carry Box is not liable for use contrary to the recommendations of the medicine's manufacturer.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the site (texts, images, logos, videos, the Carry Box brand) is protected. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
11. Personal data
Data collected is processed to manage orders. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to your data, by e-mail to contact@carry-box.com.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. An amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, customers may use the MEDICYS mediation service free of charge or the European online dispute resolution platform.
