Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. This is an English translation; in case of discrepancy the French version prevails. French version
1. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason or paying a penalty.
2. Eligibility
The item must be new and unused, in its original packaging with all labels, accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase, and free of wear, dirt or damage.
3. How to return
1. E-mail contact@carrybox.fr with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team replies within 48 hours with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the product carefully and send it to the address given; tracked shipping is recommended.
4. After checking the product, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
4. Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer, except for a defective product or an error on our part (wrong model, wrong colour…), in which case Carry Box covers them in full.
5. Refund
Once your return is received and checked, we confirm by e-mail. The refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Initial shipping costs are only refunded for defective products or errors on our part.
6. Non-returnable products
For hygiene and health reasons, some personalised or opened products may not be returnable. Contact us if in doubt.
7. Defective or damaged product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact contact@carrybox.fr immediately with photos. We will replace or fully refund it as soon as possible.
